The operators were eager to future-proof the home with renewable energy and show their commitment to lowering carbon emissions — without any disruption to residents.
To meet the property's high energy demand, Solar4Good designed and installed a 24.65 kWp system using 58 Jinko 425W panels with a Solis 30kW three-phase inverter. The owners initially considered 40 panels — the final design fitted 58, making the most of every usable section of roof.
Approved under G99 with UK Power Networks and delivered to MCS standards, the system generates over 27,500 kWh annually — around 42% of the home's energy needs — with minimum disruption to residents and staff.
